Academic Dishonesty
The faculty members of the Allied Health Department have agreed on the following actions to deal with academic dishonesty discovered in lecture courses:
In cases of cheating on in-class examinations and quizzes, or collaboration on take-home examinations: for a first time offense, a score of zero on the examination or quiz will be given.  A second time offense in the same course will result in a grade of F. In addition, for both first and second time offenses, the incident will be reported to the Office of Student Affairs for inclusion in the student's citizenship records.
The policy on Academic Dishonesty as published in the Andrews University Bulletin is also applicable.
