Definitions:
1.Specific:the
recognition of a particular epitope on an antigenic molecule by the CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes via their surface antigen
receptors.
2.Acquired:the
immunity obtained through interaction of the antigen with the immune system after having successfully evaded the natural immune responses.

1.Humoral immune
response:the production of antibodies by
plasma cells
2.Cell-mediated
immune response:the interaction between
cells via
cytokines
