of activating complement or IgM that does activate complement, are formed and react with the inducing antigen to form ag-ab complexes within the circulatory system.
These
immune-complexes are then deposited on or in various tissues such as:
]glomerular
basement membrane (Goodpasture=s syndrome)
]endothelial
cells of blood vessels
