individuals:
•Both IgM and IgG anti-A and
anti-B are capable of activating complement
resulting in intravascular hemolysis of transfused red cells
•All anti-A and anti-B react
at room temperature and require no
further enhancement.
•Anti-A and
Anti-B is primarily IgM with a little IgG
•Anti-A, Anti-B,
and anti-A,B primarily IgG
