Process:
With
appropriate stimulation the Pluripotential stem cell will
form a multipotential stem cell committed to formation
of erythrocytes
There
are three divisions that occur resulting in 16 mature
erythrocytes per multipotential stem cell formed
The
last stage able to undergo division is the polychromatophilic
normoblast
