D.I.C
induced by gram-negative bacteria endotoxin causes
fibrin to form and circulate.
Macrophages
unable to remove circulating fibrin, resulting in large deposits of
fibrin & platelets in glomerular vessels.
Glomerulus
is damaged leading to renal failure.
