Indirect-Immunocytochemical Procedure 3-step
Principle:
Unconjugated-antibody reacts with antigen on cell or tissue.
A conjugated-anti-immunoglobulin antibody is added.
Depending on the tag used the reaction between the antibodies and antigen is measured or visualized.
