>10 x 109/L lymphocytes
>30% bm nucleated cells lymphoblasts
Light chains expressed
CD5 (a T-cell marker) positive
If <10 x 109/L lymphocytes then:
Bm involvement & immunophenotyping must confirm CLL
N/N anemia
Thrombocytopenia
nRBCs may be seen
Pseudo-Gaucher cells present
