Typical dose:
Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP):
10 mL/kg body weight
600 – 2000 mL initial dose (3 – 4 units)
Cryoprecipitate (Cryo):
One of choice to prevent volume overload for high factor I replacement
Risk of viral transmission:
1 in 700,000 units may be positive
