Standard curve prepared and used to
convert time
to concentration for patient specimens
Protocol :
If clotting time is short (>400
mg/dL):
1:20 dilution made and
results X 2
If clotting time is long (<200
mg/dL):
1:5 dilution made and
results X 0.5
