available, and which upgrades will do the most good.
Sales Offices
Sales office upgrades will increase your site's selling radius, thus increasing
your market presence. Sites start without sales offices, and there are three
upgrades available--sales office, executive sales office, and sales
headquarters.

Recreation Centers
Recreation centers will increase employee morale at a site. Increased morale
means increased productivity, which means you will get more work from each
employee. Sites start without any rec centers, and there are two upgrades
available--Recreation Center, and Happy Land.

Marketing Offices
Marketing offices are where your marketers work. The larger the building, the
more marketers you can hire at that building, and the more productive the
marketers become. Sites start without marketing offices, and there are four
upgrades available--Marketing Office, Marketing Research Building, Marketing
Center, and Marketing Complex.

Factories

office starts with a garage, but all expansion offices start without any

Manufacturing Plant, and Manufacturing Complex.
