- Teacher

- Several late assignments were accepted.
- The teacher being slow of tongue, refuses to meet further with the parent.
- There are various anomolies:
- "Close" boyfriend was valedictorian two years ago.
- The teacher would rather be fired than change the grade.

- Director
- Director hosts 3 meetings with parents (without teacher).
- Director makes a decision (after legal counsel from ISD).
- Parents appeal decision to Assistant Superintendent.
- Director advises teacher to get legal counsel.
- Director computes male/female GPA to guard against discrimination.
