Instructions of how to access the Online FAQ system:
To Students:(clients)

1. To search for a possible match of a question you have just type in one or 
   two words and it will give you the closest match for the one or two words 
   you enter in. 

2. You can search by Category, just select any of the three categories 
   and press submit and it will list every question and answer in that 
   category.

To Adminstrators:

1. To access the admin section, you need to enter your login name and 
password. The system uses HTTP Authentication.

2. Once you are in the Admin section, you can add a question and answer 
   in any of the three categories, you must enter a answer for the question 
   because it would not allow you to submit it blank.

3. You can edit or delete any question from the system and also add a new  
   category to the database. 

4. There is one constraint when adding a new category, some one must 
   update the add_entry.html page and edit_entry page, by adding the 
   category manually and in the add_entry.html and edit_entry.cgi page.
