| 2tbs | flour to thicken filling |

| 1 | egg, beaten for egg wash |
| Instructions | |
| - beat cream cheese, flour, butter - roll, wrap, refrigerate 1hr - saute mushrooms and onion - add sour cream, salt, thyme, flour - roll dough 1/8" thick - cut circles 2 3/4" diameter - be careful not to rework to death - place filling in 1/2 of circle - seal w/fork - put egg wash |
