Remind people of the difference between "praise" and "thanksgiving." Praise is
acknowledging and honoring God for WHO He is. His character, His power, His
love, bring a sense of awe and wonder. Thanksgiving is responding with thank-
fulness to the ways in which God relates to us, the things He does for us.

Reading Bible verses and singing hymns within this part are extremely helpful in
bringing our hearts and minds into focus about our praise.

Remember that "confession" does not necessarily mean detailing every horrible
misdeed. It is actually recognizing publicly where you are in relation to God and
    recognizing your need of Christ.

Confession also means to profess the Lordship of Christ and surrender anything
that might get in the way of the Hl. Spirit working in you.

We have every right to come to God with our requests. During this time it is
important to be specific with the people that need to be remembered.
In addition to this, it is a powerful way to ask God to work on behalf of those who
are not in harmony with Christ.
This time is also special when we claim promises for others.
Remember to ask in faith for the work of the Hl. Spirit in the group as well as
    invidually.

We need to thank God for answering our prayers. We need to express gratefully
to what He has alredy done and what will happen in the future.

Once again, the reading of Scripture and singing appropriate songs is most helpful.
