Using Your Tuition Benefits

Follow these steps to use your tuition benefit at Andrews University:

  1. APPLY ONLINE. Create an account. Complete an application. Upload documents.  (Already admitted? Go to the next step!)
  2. MEET YOUR ADVISOR. Once admitted, your advisor's contact information is added to your student profile. Save time and money planning wisely.
  3. REGISTER ONLINE. Use Registration Central to enroll in classes (but do not pay).
  4. SUBMIT YOUR GUILD SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION through your employer portal. Guild will issue you a Sponsorship Letter.
  5. EMAIL YOUR SPONSORSHIP LETTER to sponsorship@andrews.edu

NOTE: Apply to Guild a month before the start date of each term. Your sponsorship letter must be submitted to Andrews by the first day of each term. If you miss this deadline, you have the option to pay for courses and work with Guild to be reimbursed.

How to request an official transcript:
  1. Visit getmytranscript.com and enter Andrews University as the school attended.
  2. Fill in where to send the transcript
  3. Choose the delivery format, then pay for your order.
  4. Track your order status through this Clearinghouse website. Resend your confirmation email to the recipient if they have not received notification of your transcript within a week.
How to download an unofficial transcript:
  1. Login to Andrews Student Self-Service Banner
  2. Select Student Profile (this will open your profile page)
  3. Click the Unofficial Transcript link in the left menu
  4. Choose Transcript Level then Transcript Type
  5. Click Submit

Applications are welcome year-round. Here are the steps:
  1. Apply online at andrews.edu/apply.
  2. Create an account to save your application first.
  3. Then click to start an application.
  4. Select UNDERGRADUATE as level, DISTANCE/ONLINE as campus, the semester you'd like to begin (Fall starts in August, Spring in January, Summer in May/June), then read directions to fill in all the personal info carefully.
  5. If you previously attended Andrews, add a comment noting any name change and your AU ID if remembered.
  6. After submitting the application, gather all transcripts, scan or take photos and upload as supplemental items. The application will not be processed until there is a transcript from each school/college/university you listed in the application. If you don't have a copy, request an official transcript be emailed to enroll@andrews.edu then forward any confirmation you received to alert Undergraduate Admissions to the incoming transcript.
  7. Once you have all transcript copies uploaded, watch for an admission decision within 2-3 business days. Email any questions or additional information to undergrad@andrews.edu (undergrad programs) or graduate@andrews.edu (graduate programs).
