Advising students, supervising graduate level research and dissertations , serving on dissertation committees, serving on departmental and university committees. In charge of training programs and professional development for administrators of 110 Seventh-day Adventist international institutions of higher education around the world.
  • 2004-June 2006: Dean of the Graduate School. University of Santo Amaro (UNISA), São Paulo, Brazil. In charge of 18 Master’s programs in the areas of Health Studies, Leadership Studies, and Business Administration (MBA), and one doctoral program in Education. Responsible for budgeting, Records Office, marketing, recruitment and admissions, in four different campuses.
  • 2003- June 2006: Professor of Leadership Studies. Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Leadership Studies. University of Santo Amaro (UNISA), São Paulo, Brazil. In charge of faculty meetings, curriculum development, advising students, supervising graduate level research and dissertations , serving on dissertation committees, serving on departmental and university committees, budgeting, hiring new faculty, recruitment and admissions. Teaching graduate courses in Teamwork Leadership, Servant Leadership Principles, Curriculum Development, and Research Methodology. Editor and creator of the first scientific journal on Leadership Studies in Brazil called Estudos em Liderança (Leadership Studies).
