What if the money you spent bought you only 65% of what you thought you were getting? Imagine buying only 65% of a car, 65% of a t-shirt, or 65% of a book. It wouldn't be enough, right? You'd be missing a few vital engine parts, a sleeve, and the conclusion you needed to solve the mystery. What if I told you that the tuition you pay to attend Andrews only covers 65% of the actual cost of your education? That's right, as of February 1, your tuition dollars have run out. "But the year's not over!" you shout. "I'm in the middle of a semester!" Don't pack your book bag or start hauling out boxes to empty your dorm. Classes aren't canceled, and the school year will continue. But where does the rest of the money come from? From today through graduation, the remaining 35% of the school year is being paid for by the generous contributions of AU alumni and friends.

- Without the support of Student Advantage, tuition would cost $31,217 a year (with books and dorm)
- Without this support tuition at Andrews would be $23,155 a year (not including books and dorm)
- In 1970 a student could pay their entire tuition bill by working 28 hours a week for minimum wage. Today, a student working for minimum wage would have to work over 66 hours a week to pay a year's tuition!
- Tuition covers 65% of the cost of an Andrews education. The other 35% is generously donated by our church, alumni, parents, friends, faculty and staff.
