our future

our future... big words. some
of you we see on a daily basis. others of you have pictures
and memories to go by. let me update you a little.
|
sarah
and i have been greatly blessed. after graduating last may
with her Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), sarah became a
French instructor for the French department at Andrews University.
she has now loved teaching there two years (she started
tea ching there part-time before she graduated!) and
due
to budget constraints, we don't know whether she will continue blessing students with her talent, love for
students,
and love for God at Andrews or elsewhere.

after
becoming the happiest man in the world on September 17, 2002
(go to engagement story), i finished my
bachelor's degree in
business administration (specifically marketing), took my lovely
new
fiancée to Spain over Christmas break to meet the whole other
side of the family, and then took on two new steps in my life:
1.
i started my Masters of Business Administration degree in January
and plan to end in may of 2004 and,
2. i started working
as
the development director for the local Berrien Springs Adventist Community
Services center.

so.... here we are.... but this
is not the whole story. you
may now know a little bit more about us. but the journey that's
ahead of us is exciting. why? because we don't know the
future. this makes us dependent on God, which is exactly
where we want and strive to be... in His will. you
know about our present.... and our need for God.... and we need you
as well! remember....
God uses people to speak to each one of us.... and He will use you to
influence our lives. sarah and i are so blessed to have each one of
you as part of our community of family and friends. whether you are
able to make it to our special day or not, we look forward to seeing how
God will intertwine our lives and yours for His greater purpose.
