Understanding the Relationship of Trauma, Substance Use, and Resilience among a Religiously Affiliated University Students
This study examined patterns of association between substance use, trauma, and resilience at a conservative church-affiliated university. The authors used resilience data (N = 278) from a Health Risk and Protective Factors Study that was conducted during the 2012 spring semester. Research team included Dr. Harvey Burnett, Dr. Duane McBride, Kristen Witzel and graduate student Kylah Allers.
