Hello AU,  

I am seeking a roommate for a two bedroom house I am renting.  It is on a quiet street, no through acces, small garden, nice neighbors.  The rent is 360.00 a month with a 300.00 refundable deposit (upon acceptable inspection.).   Most evenings there is a nice cool breeze that runs through the house.  If you know where Valley View drive is, I am the second house on the left.  I wish I could give you a phone # but my phone is mia,  so.....I guess just stop on by :-)  after 6pm please, before 9.  The house # is 8764, left side, Apt #2.  Hope to have a roommate soon! God is good, He will make a way.
