Biography

Dan Hamstra presently serves as Director of Audio/Visual Services and Telecommunications for Andrews University. In addition to their IT responsibilities, his team handles AV services for events in the Howard Performing Arts Center, Pioneer Memorial Church, and other venues on and off campus.
He worked as Technical Services Manager at the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist where he supervised all in-house video production and AV departments.  While working in the IT department at Andrews University in the 1990s, he was in charge of the “house audio” and volunteer AV crew at Pioneer Memorial Church. He is also proficient in most areas of multi camera live video production and streaming. 
Dan has a B.S. in Computer Science from Andrews University.
