Duane McBride, chair, Department of Behavioral Sciences, has had an extensive research career at Andrews University, publishing more than 100 articles in peer reviewed journals. He will share with the students why he has a passion for the discoveries of research, how it contributes to the advancement of one’s career and the reputation of our University, and even how to include your family in the success of your research. He will also discuss the barriers to research at Andrews, how to address those barriers and the hope he has for the future of research at Andrews University.
