Ted Hamilton

Ted Hamilton, MD, is AdventHealth senior advisor for physician wellbeing & engagement. He previously served as the chief mission integration officer and senior vice president of mission and ministry for AdventHealth, and, prior to that, as the senior medical officer for AdventHealth Florida Medical Center and director of its family practice residency.

Hamilton graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed his family practice training at AdventHealth. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida.

His published books include "Called to TEACH: How to teach and lead an outstanding Bible class" and "Wholly Healthy: It’s a whole lot more than tofu and triathlons" (both available through AdventSource, Lincoln, Nebraska).

He enjoys writing, growing roses, and pestering his grandchildren.
