- Organizations/Companies - We conduct a short teaching and proceed with reconciliation through mediation. Arbitration may become necessary if there are substantive issues and both parties have agreed to it.
- Churches - Train, interview all involved, conduct mediations between individuals and groups and conclude with an agape feast. This Biblical process changes the life of the church and individuals experience community like never before. We stand in awe every time we work corporately with God.
- Family - we teach families Biblical principles and introduce a practical simple process for conflict resolution as a way of life. We use reconciliation mats that make it fun, easy and stress free for children. If your children experience open and honest real intimacy (the "Holy Ground" everyone chases) in family community they will be able to face the world with confidence using the greatest influence - love - and the greatest power - character.

We conduct a Biblical teaching time followed by practical application. Our presentation with all that God has given us and dependency on the Holy Spirit is known to be moving and life changing. After a short teaching time we move into mediations.
