facilitiesThe design of the Andrews Academy building was developed with the underlying philosophy that the chapel should be the heart of the school just as Christ should be the center of our lives. Three wings radiate from the chapel:

  • A Wing : Mathematics, English, Modern Languages, Social Sciences, Religion and the Instructional Media Center (IMC)
  • B Wing : Physical Education
  • C Wing : Art, Home Economics, Music and Technology

Our facility also encompasses a large playing field with four ball fields, two tennis courts, a 1/4-mile track and a football field. Close proximity to Andrews University allows our students to access the James White Library, the Andrews University physical education facilities, including the olympic-sized pool, raquetball courts, a climbing wall and other activities.

The chapel was dedicated on June 2, 1991, to Richard T. Orrison, Andrews Academy principal, 1972–1991. The Andrews Academy building was completed in 1979. Click here to learn more about the history of the school.
