International Language Studies
International Language Studies provides its students with communicative competence in a second language, promotes a greater understanding of and appreciation for the significance of language in human interaction, fosters interest in other cultures, and encourages intellectual development through enhanced cognitive and analytical skills.
French, German, Portuguese and Spanish at AU
The International Language Studies Department offers a wide range of certificates and degrees for all students.
Translation Services
Translation Services are also offered here at the International Languages Studies Department. For a small fee, we translate legal and academic documents from Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, French, German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, and Tagalog into English.
