Training and development provides resources to improve performance and "grow" employees. Some of our current training programes include New Employee Orientation and a customer service workshop called Advanced Connections^TM. In the plans for the 2007-2008 school year is a supervisor training program that will offer modules geared towards informing supervisors of university processes and policies as well as developing supervisors into excellent leaders and managers. We also offer sexual harassment seminars to ensure that all AU employees are educated on the legal issues within the workplace.
