The MDiv Program’s diverse set of emphases is one of the program’s most popular features. Our emphases provide students with the opportunity to concentrate their studies in a number of relevant areas. By taking 12 credits in one of the emphases listed below, students can get focused training and education, thereby equipping themselves for more effective service in a particular field.
For Track 1 students, the 12 credits of the emphasis are included in the set program. Most Track 2 students, however, may need to stay up to an extra semester if they choose to do an emphasis.
Below is a list of our emphases:
Adventist Studies Leadership
African American Ministry Mission Studies
Biblical Languages New Testament
Campus Spiritual Leadership Old Testament
Chaplaincy Pastoral Care and Counseling
