Enrolling your child at The Crayon Box

Please complete the waiting list form and submit our waiting list form for the next available opening.

The registration process is to be completed two weeks prior to the child’s first day of attendance.
Please call ahead if you would like a tour.
Enrollment forms must include the enrollment number provided by the office at the time of verbal acceptance. Enrollment is not secured until the deposit is paid.

$50 per child for registration fee
