We are pleased to announce the upcoming 2016 open enrollment period for our benefit programs for all benefit eligible employees. Open enrollment is the employee's annual opportunity to elect and/or make changes to certain benefits for the new plan year, effective July 1, 2016. Please review the open enrollment information provided below.

This year, to receive a wellness discount on health premiums effective 7/1/16, there are two requirements:

To make open enrollment changes, you may self-enroll by logging in with your Andrews username and password to the online benefit management system (bswift) at www.andrews.edu/go/mybenefits.

Who is eligible to participate?
All employees and spouses covered under the Andrews University medical benefit plan or are eligible for coverage. Both employee and spouse covered under the medical benefit must complete the program requirements to earn the discount.
What are the program requirements?
This year, to receive a wellness discount on health premiums, there are two requirements:
Town Hall Meetings
You may choose one of the eight town hall meetings listed below and sign in as you enter. All sessions will be the same and each one will be approximately 1.5 hours in length. Your signature will be the way we determine your attendance. Spouses are welcome to attend, but not required for the discount.

Note: There will be a separate session available for Andrews Academy and RMES teachers—to be announced.
AU Health & Wellness E-Platform
Employees and their covered spouse will need to complete enrollment in the new university health and wellness e-platform (takes about 10 minutes). The online platform will be available on April 1st. Additional announcements and instructions to follow.
