Whether you are just beginning or are already well into your career, now is the time to begin planning for your future. The Adventist Retirement Plan (ARP) and Empower Retirement have joined forces to provide you with the tools and resources to help you develop a retirement package that may meet your financial needs for the future. Please read carefully any materials regarding retirement that you receive. If you are interested in meeting with the Empower Retirement Education Counselor during one of their monthly visits to the University, you may arrange a one-on-one meeting by contacting them directly. They will be happy to answer your questions and work with you to develop an investment strategy that will meet your retirement needs.

The NAD Adventist Retirement Plan (ARP) has provided Andrews University employees with additional information regarding changes that will affect those who are eligible to make and/or receive retirement contributions. Topics include policy changes such as automatic enrollment and automatic escalation features that will affect all Plan participants in the coming months.
