Society of Adventist Communicators

Kristina Penny, a senior Andrews University journalism major, received the Society of Adventist Communicators (SAC) Student Award at the annual society convention banquet on October 22, 2011. The award is designed to acknowledge students who have demonstrated excellence in the classroom and in the field. Kristina was editor of the Student Movement; lead editor of Scriptural Pursuit and Sabbath School U; completed internships with WDIV, an NBC affiliate, and WDET, an NPR station.
