Financial Checklist
By July 15 you should:
- Complete the Andrews financial aid documents and turn them in along with your 2009 tax documents to Student Financial Services at Andrews University.
- Read and accept your award notification from the office of Student Financial Services (please contact us immediately if you have not yet received it). You can view it online at finVue (go to www.andrews.edu/SF or access it through your preVue page). Contact Student Financial Services if you have any questions.
By August 15 you should:
- Click through the Financial Plan step in Registration Central. This step will determine your out-of-pocket expenses for the semester and let you choose a payment plan.
- Make your first payment (as figured in Registration Central) for the 2010-11 school year. This can be done by making a payment online, by mailing in a check or by calling in a credit card number.
- Check Registration Central again to confirm that your payment was receipted and the Financial Plan box is checked off.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please complete your financial clearance before the August 15 deadline. This allows you to: 1. Keep Your Registered Classes. Any classes for which you have registered will be dropped if financial clearance is not complete by August 15. If you are unable to meet this deadline, log onto Registration Central between August 11 at 12:01 a.m. and August 15 at 9:00 p.m., and you will be able to electronically confirm your plans to enroll. You will then have until August 25 to complete financial clearance before your classes are dropped. 2. Move In to the Residence Hall. Students will not be allowed to move into the residence halls until they are financially cleared. 3. Purchase books at the AU Bookstore or meals at Dining Services. |
