Biography:

Karen Johnson- McWilliams is the full-time administrative assistant for the Department of Mathematics.  An alumna of Walla Walla College (BA English, 1979) and Andrews University (MA Literature, 1980), she has been an adjunct professor of English at AU, Purdue, and, for the last nine years, Lake Michigan College, where currently she is teaching one night class a semester.  Having grown up in northern Montana, she has traveled and lived in various states before moving to Michigan in fall 2003.  Most notably she lived in western Pennsylvania for sixteen years.  She has two grown children, both of whom attended Andrews: Kelly (BS & MS, Biology) and Timothy (BBA, Marketing).
