Graduation Tickets

Graduation Ticket Information

Graduation tickets are distributed by random draw through the Office of Student Financial Services to graduating students for their friends and family who will attend commencement ceremonies. Current policy requires a ticket to attend the Friday or Sunday Commencement ceremonies. Tickets are not required for Sabbath morning ceremonies.

Graduation tickets are only given to graduating students who are marching in the Friday or Sunday commencement ceremonies. Tickets will be distributed from Student Financial Services starting the Monday prior to the graduation ceremonies. In order to receive tickets, students must first obtain financial clearance. Students who are not participating in Commencement ceremonies will not be included on the ticket list.

If you need someone to pick up tickets for you, email sfs@andrews.edu with your name and ID number, request, and the name of the person picking up the tickets for you. That person will need to provide photo ID to obtain your financial clearance and pick up the tickets.

Extra tickets, if available, are distributed 30 minutes before the Sunday morning ceremony in a ticket tent on the campus mall. Overflow seating is located in the PMC Youth Chapel and does not require a ticket. Live video streaming is also available via computer at www.andrews.edu/graduation/live.php.

Please note: Tickets are not transferrable and have no monetary value.
