  1. A copy of a Sheppardy game complete with questions and the format of the game.
  2. Copies of adapted instructional materials, specifically the inclusion of the multiple intelligences in the teaching of history at the secondary level.
  3. A copy of the Power Point program used as the Visual Instructional Plan (VIP) for the lesson that was evaluated by another professional educator.
  4. A copy of the written evaluation of another professional educator on a specific lesson that was adapted  to meet the needs of learners who are auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learners.
  5. A copy of the syllabus for the course taught at Columbia Union College on Pedagogy and the ESL student.
  6. A letter from the Director of Education at the Lake Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists which documents my participation in the North American Division Social Studies Curriculum Committee and the Lake Union Conference Textbook Selection Committee.
  7. A copy of the syllabus and instructional materials for the class "Principles of Teaching."
  8. An annotated bibliography on using, evaluating, and adapting instructional materials.
