MARKETING & ENROLLMENT MANAGMENT - Marketing Associate

Position summary

This position supports the Executive Director of Marketing and Communication, focusing on project coordination, communication follow-up, and office quality control. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, 3 to 4 days per week.

Duties and responsibilities







  • Attend weekly meetings with the Executive Director

  • Participate in relevant group chats for visibility.

  • Monitor communication threads for action items.

  • Monitor incoming tickets. Ensure that they are properlycategorized and assigned. Follow up on overdue tickets.

  • Confirm when deliverables are completed.

  • Increase clarity, accountability, and execution across the office by tracking projects, following up with team members, monitoring deadlines, providing quality control, and supporting organization and communication.

Qualifications




Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.

Technical competencies

Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, efficiently and learn CRM Recruit/Greymatter and Banner interactions quickly and efficiently.

Interpersonal interactions

Able to work effectively with excellent customer service skills with all constituencies include prospective students and their parents, student workers, the Enrollment team, and people from academic and support departments across campus.
