What happens if there is no "life event"?
Health Plan (Medical / Dental)
You may change your primary care physician or your dentist at any time. You do not need to notify your health insurance of the changes.
Life Insurance Plan
Life Insurance beneficiaries may be changed at any time. If you have Supplemental Life Insurance and you want to increase your coverage, you need to submit the evidence of good health.
Flexible Spending Accounts
You may file claims for reimbursement from your Medical/Dental or Dependent Care Accounts throught the year with PhysiciansCare (ASR Corporation). You may submit new claims to your Medical/Dental Account up to the total amount of your annual election even if your accumulated payroll deductions are less than the amount of your claim.
Retirement Plan
You may change your investment decisions at any time. Retirement beneficiaries may be changed at any time.
