||The University offers a health insurance plan which includes Medical
Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Benefits, and a Prescription Drug
Program. PhysiciansCare (ASR Corporation) is our third-party administrator
for our employee health care benefits.
||You are automatically covered under the Group Term Life Insurance for
$50,000 at no cost to you once you have met eligibility requirements.
You may also buy Supplemental Life and AD&D.
||Full-time employees may be granted assistance for medical and legal
expenses associated with the adoption
||All regular full-time employees shall be eligible to participate in
the Employee Disability Income Plan.
||Scholarship Grants - If you are a full time regular employee
and have dependent children who are less than 24 years of age and
attending school, the policy applies to you.
Free Classes -
Four free credits each semester are available to qualified employees in
a regularly scheduled class.

||When an employee is requested by the University to move to a new
location, he/she is eligible for moving the related travel expense
reimbursement in harmony with the appropriate policy.
||For employees working at least 30 hours a week or more, using your
faculty/staff ID card, you are entitled to a 25% discount on cafeteria
||Holiday pay for the following days/time not worked: New Year's Day,
Martin Luther King's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (Annual total
of 9 days).
||Two weeks during the first 4 years, three weeks during the next 5
years, four weeks beginning the tenth year of service.
||An employee attending the funeral of a member of the immediate
family will be allowed a funeral leave of up to three regular working
days with salary or pay.
||All employees may use the University swimming pool for a discounted fee upon
presentation of their University identification card.
||Books and materials may be borrowed upon presentation of a
University identification card.
||Parking is available to all University employees. A parking
pass may be obtained at the University Safety Department.
||All employees are covered by workers' compensation insurance. Any
injury which occurs in connection with assigned work must be reported
immediately to your supervisor.
