- Inspects food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
- Confers with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities such as Gazebo, school lunch, child care lunch, and catering operations
- Estimates food and beverage costs and requisitions or purchase supplies

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor degree in related field and four to ten years related experience /training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong business background required
- Culinary experience and certifications preferred
- Proven management skills required

- Degree from an accredited academic institution
- Current full psychology license or license eligible in Michigan
- Two - three years experience in college mental health services
- Demonstrated knowledge of student development theory
- Commitment to working collaboratively within the Student Life Division, establishing and maintaining close working relationships with faculty, staff, and administrators
- Previous work with a diverse student population preferred
