To enhance the Adventist Retirement Plan (Defined Contribution) by increasing the employer payments into the fund from 4% to 5% of payroll, the new contribution rate was voted effective July 1, 2002:

To activate this new contribution rate, you need to:
- Log in at www.andrews.edu/go/mybenefits.
- On the Home page, click on My Benefits.
- Then click Retirement on the left column.
- Enter your desired contribution amount or percentage of salary.
