New Employee Orientation

New Employee Orientation is an opportunity for new employees (employees who have been working for four months or less) to interact directly with Human Resources and other relevant university departments. This seminar is conducted in a small group format and includes information on Benefits, Employment, Payroll, Service Records, the Organization of Andrews University, and a look at some of the Legal Issues of working on this campus. Also included is a brief Campus History segment that provides a context for the compelling mission of Andrews University.

This orientation is offered four times a year, once in January, April, July, and September. New employees should receive an invitation to the session by e-mail and phone call; it is also announced throughout campus by means of University Relations and the Andrews Agenda.
