Other Training Open to All Employees

There are so many ways we would like to promote and improve our employees here at Andrews! Other ideas are popping into our heads daily. We'll keep you posted on what can feasibly come to fruition.

But, what we want to know is: what would be helpful to you, as an employee? What would help you to feel fit, qualified, and proficient in your position? How can we help you to be active and promote your growth? There are no wrong answers here. Send us all your ideas at training@andrews.edu!

1. Color Your World - Personality in the Workplace: This training seminar will help you determine your personality style. Learn tips on how to communicate and respond better to your co-workers and boss, based on personality.
2. Do you hear what I am saying? - Communication: Communication is one of the most important tools in the workplace. Come learn how to better communicate with those you work with. (Part 1 and Part 2, best taken in chronological order.)
3. Leadership and Inspiration: Come enjoy a video presentation by various well-known leaders and come away inspired. Different topics will be covered such as vision-casting, the character-matrix, relational intelligence, making vision stick, etc.
4. Advanced Connections^TM: Customer Service is a must in any intuition. Learn tips on how to stop campus run-around, better use of time management, etc. An added bonus is the camaraderie between employees as ways to improve Andrews University are discussed. (Session 1, Session 2, and Session 3 (need to take all three sessions to complete this seminar.)
