looking for a female housemate

Hi, I'm looking for a female housemate. My current housemate is leaving mid-March. It is a duplex on Timberland (~1 mi. From campus) Rent is $250/mo Utilities are separate [electric, internet, & water every few mos] No pets I'm in the first year of PT School so I'm pretty busy, and don't spend much time at home.
