Biography:

Peter Wong is a professor of chemistry at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Mich. He joined the faculty in 1969.

Born in Honan, China, Wong earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry in 1962 from Pacific Union College, Angwin, Calif. In 1969, he received a doctorate in chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY. His dissertation was a study of nuclear reaction involving a recoil technique. He also did post doctoral research in nuclear chemistry at Purdue University from 1967-1969.

He is a member of the American Chemical Society.
Wong is married to Dixie Lee Barber. They have one adult son.
