CAEP Annual Reporting Measures
2020 Report (2018-2019 Cycle)
The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) requires nationally accredited educational preparation programs to annually provide performance measures to the public regarding eight categories relating to program impact and outcomes. The College of Education and International Services (CEIS) at Andrews University addresses the eight measures for initial and advanced programs (BA/BS Elementary and Secondary Education, MAT, Educational Leadership and School Psychology) in the following ways:
- CAEP Annual Measure 1: Impact on P-12 Learning and Development (Component 4.1-Initial Programs)
- CAEP Annual Measure 2: Indicators of Teaching Effectiveness (Component 4.2-Initial Programs)
- CAEP Annual Measure 3: Satisfaction of Employers and Employment Milestones (Component 4.3/A.4.1-Initial and Advanced Programs) Information related to Measure 3 for the academic year 2018-2019 will be available to the public on this Website by mid-Summer 2021.
- CAEP Annual Measure 4: Satisfaction of Completers (Component 4.4/A.4.2-Initial and Advanced Programs). Information related to Measure 4 for the academic year 2018-2019 will be available to the public on this Website by mid-Summer 2021.
- CAEP Annual Measure 5: Graduation Rates (Initial & Advanced)
- CAEP Annual Measure 6: Ability of Completers to Meet Licensing (certification) and any additional state requirements; Title II (Initial & Advanced Levels)
- CAEP Annual Measure 7: Ability of Completers to be hired in education positions for which they have prepared (Initial & Advanced Levels)
- CAEP Annual Measure 8: Student Loan Default Rates and other Consumer Information (Initial & Advanced Levels)
