Applications must be completed and verified by the deadline (Feb 15) at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Applications can only be confirmed once all payments, transcripts, and letters of evaluation have been received. To ensure your application is verified on time, try to complete your application at least four weeks before the deadline.
• Complete and submit the CSDCAS application.
• Request official transcripts from all institutions attended to be sent to CSDCAS. Follow the instructions closely.
• Request 3 recommendation letters/evaluations. Two are preferred by an instructor in your major from whom you took a class. One is desired from a professional or personal reference.
• All MS-SLP applications must be completed through CSDCAS.
International Students: (additional application info)
• Follow the instructions for your country's foreign transcript submission closely. Your transcripts must be evaluated through WES.
• Please work closely with the International Student Services.
