An advanced certification course in Trigger Point Dry Needling (aka Intramuscular Manual Therapy) which builds upon the techniques learned in the Level I course. Participants are required to take the introductory Level I course and fulfill specific requirements prior to becoming eligible for this course. Topics to be covered include advanced musculature and extensive techniques, application of techniques for specific diagnoses, and further review of supporting research.

Note: This course is extremely intensive with the requirement for strong palpation skills, anatomy, muscle function, nerve innervation and pain referral patterns (Myotomes & Dermatomes). Reading articles & research is highly recommended for theoretical information but not required.
Other Info
- Clothing & Dress: Plan to dress in comfortable, loose fitting clothing, that can easily be adjusted as several different muscles will need to be accessible for your partners practical application. Shorts are recommended and sports bras or tank tops for women. If you have a water bottle and an anatomy book-bring it!
