Biography:
Frank has more than 20 years of experience in Medical Exercise Therapy. Frank practiced and held several administrative roles in different clinical settings including private practice. In 2016, Frank was the primary author on the article "Inter-rater Reliability of Sustained Aberrant Movement Patterns as a Clinical Assessment of Muscular Fatigue" published in The Open Orthopaedics Journal. He is the co-author of "Hand-Held Dynamometry: Guidelines for Daily Clinical Practice" (2018). He teaches rehabilitation professionals internationally about Medical Exercise Therapy principles through a METhodology that brings precision to therapeutic exercise design, dosing, and delivery. He also teaches Physiological Basis of Exercise Prescription and Pathokinesiology courses at Andrews University.
